Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Global Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every Nobody’s Child piece. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (from our Swimwear collection)
  • Face + Body products (from our Face + Body collection)

These items are marked as “final sale” at checkout.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Step 2: Package Your Items

Please use the original packaging if possible. For delicate items like dresses from our Dresses collection, include the dust bag for protection.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Choose your return shipping method:

  • Standard Return: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (tracked, 5-10 business days)
  • Economy Return: Local postal service (not tracked, 15-25 business days)

Step 4: Confirmation

We’ll email you once we process your return (typically within 3 business days of receipt).

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds will appear in your account depending on your payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days
  • PayPal: 24-48 hours

Exchanges will ship within 2 business days after we receive your return.
