Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Orders: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

Return Policy

We want you to love every Nobody’s Child piece. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds will appear in your account depending on your payment method:

• Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days
• PayPal: 24-48 hours

Exchanges

Exchanges will ship within 2 business days after we receive your return. For style recommendations, our customer care team is happy to assist with selections from our current collections.
